A high-level, results-driven coaching experience for leaders who are ready to expand their impact, strengthen their leadership, and navigate complex challenges with clarity and confidence. This 3-month executive coaching engagement includes 12 one-on-one sessions focused on strategic thinking, leadership effectiveness, and sustained growth. We will focus on: • Strengthening leadership clarity, decision-making, and direction • Navigating team dynamics and organizational challenges • Enhancing executive presence, communication, and influence • Creating accountability and consistency for long-term results This is a structured, high-impact engagement designed for leaders committed to intentional growth and meaningful impact. Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Session Policy All sessions must be scheduled and used within the designated timeframe of the selected service or package. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed sessions, or late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as completed and are non-refundable. All coaching services and packages are non-refundable once purchased. This coaching experience is designed to support focus, accountability, and meaningful results.
