Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Session Policy All sessions must be scheduled and used within the designated timeframe of the selected service or package. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed sessions, or late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as completed and are non-refundable. All coaching services and packages are non-refundable once purchased. This coaching experience is designed to support focus, accountability, and meaningful results. To re-schedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. All bookings are final. No refunds are available.
